About this app

TandaPlus is the app for organizing tandas (rotating savings and credit associations). If you've ever kept track of a tanda or cundina (a type of savings and credit association) in a notebook, Excel spreadsheet, or an overflowing WhatsApp group, you know the hassle: who's already contributed, who's due to receive, who's behind, and how much is still owed. TandaPlus handles all that accounting for you, ensuring your tanda ends smoothly.

IMPORTANT: TandaPlus is a tool for keeping track of tandas among individuals. It does not receive, store, or transfer money, and it does not offer any financial services. Contributions are made as they always have been (cash, bank transfer between you); the app is the clear record that everyone can consult. It also doesn't require identification documents.

FOR THE ORGANIZER

• Create your tanda in minutes: amount per round, frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), and start date. The app calculates the round schedule.

• Register your participants just once and reuse them for any tanda.

• Assign numbers manually or let the app create the turn order.

• Record each contribution, full or partial, and the app keeps track of each number's balance round by round.

• Number zero, numbers shared among several people, and product-based contributions in addition to cash.

• Late payment penalties with rules you define.

• See at a glance who is up to date, who is in arrears, and who is behind.

• Send WhatsApp reminders to your participants, even if they don't have the app.

• Invite others with a link or QR code and accept their requests to join.

• PDF reports: account statement for the entire group and for each individual number.

• Call it what you call it in your region: tanda, cundina, natillera, junta, san, pasanaku, cuchubal… the app uses your word.

FOR PARTICIPANTS
• Check your account statement: how much you've contributed, how much you still owe, and when you're due to receive your payment.

• Attach proof of your contribution with a photo.

• Receive notifications when your contribution date is approaching and when it's your turn to receive.

ON YOUR PHONE AND ON THE WEB
Everything you do in the app is the same on app.tandaplus.com, and vice versa. Your data lives in your account, not on your phone: if you change it, just log in and everything will be there.

FREE AND PRO
Organize one group at a time with up to 10 numbers for free. With PRO, you can organize unlimited groups, with more numbers, product groups, automatic penalties, WhatsApp reminders, and PDF reports. PRO is offered as an annual subscription, which renews each year and can be canceled at any time from your account settings in the store, or as a one-time payment for one year, which does not renew.
