About this app

TandemHQ is the app working tandem paragliding pilots and the companies they fly for use to run the day. Your flights, your earnings and your paperwork in one place, instead of a notebook, a spreadsheet and four WhatsApp groups.

FOR PILOTS
• Log a flight in seconds — pick the site and the operator, and your pay fills in from the rate you agreed with them
• Your book stays private. No operator ever sees what you earned
• Schedule flights before they happen, so tomorrow is planned rather than remembered
• A five-day forecast for your sites: wind, gusts and rain
• Invoice each operator with a UPN QR code they scan to pay, and see who has paid
• Licence, medical and insurance kept with their expiry dates, with reminders 30, 14 and 3 days ahead
• Equipment and inspection dates, warned before they come due
• Season statistics, split by operator and by wing
• Open shifts from the operators you fly for land in your Shifts tab — first to claim gets the day
• Subscribe to your shifts from Apple, Google or Outlook Calendar (one way, TandemHQ into your calendar)
• Export your flight log as CSV, any time

Pilot: 3 days free, then EUR 7.99 per month or EUR 79.99 per year. It renews until you cancel, and you cancel any time in your Google Play account.
