I have installed many security cams, with their own app. I'm familiar with the hardware, but can't: 'Create a Sign-on' for an account, using my e-mail. The app is in a loop, not accepting my responses and going forward. At Sign-up, only thing to do, to move forward is select, "Get a code." So, I click "Get a code." Illustration with one puzzle piece missing; slide the puzzle piece in-place. No code received [or I don't know where to look for the code.] Answer here, if you can help. Thanks!

Constantly signs me out of my account. I have it set for the longest recording setting, but it often doesn't record the whole incident. My camera was supposed to give me a free year of cloud services, but the app didn't. I messaged app customer service and they said I had it, but the app thought otherwise Ig. It's better than nothing, but I'm sure there are better free options out there.

Edit: going down to one star now. I didn't think the app could get any worse! I was wrong! Now not only am I constantly logged out, but there's ads that pop up before I can get to my camera! App is sloooow. I don't want to wait a whole minute to check the camera and see whose at my door etc...they are gone by then . I want to see right away , not all this logging on and loading nonsense! The camera itself works , it's the App that's the problem!
