About this app

TankCycleMobile is the mobile companion to TankCycle – the platform for managing propane gas tanks and regeneration processes.

Who is it for?

The app is designed for organizational administrators who register and maintain tanks in storage facilities or on construction sites – not for end customers. Complete management (company, end customers, master functions) is handled via the web app at tankcycle.de.

What can you do with TankCycleMobile?


• Tank registration – guided data entry process including master data, storage type, end customer, and storage location

• QR station – scan QR code, load tank information, storage location, regeneration status, and storage location (1–8) quickly

• Nameplate via photo – automatically transfer data from the nameplate (optional, only for authorized administrators)

• Photo documentation – optional workflow photos at the tank

• Tank list – overview of all tanks in your organization, synchronized with the cloud

• Secure login – log in with your TankCycle admin account (Supabase)

Technical & Data Protection

• Data is encrypted (HTTPS) and synchronized with your TankCycle backend

• Camera: QR scan and photos of nameplates
