How does our parking app work?

After you have downloaded the parking app and created an account (completely free!), you can start your parking session. TanQyou Park searches for the correct parking zone for you based on your location, using the automatically detected location.

Then simply start your parking session by clicking the green button. Do you want the parking session to stop at a fixed time? You can indicate this in advance.

Have you not set an end time and forgotten to turn off the parking session? We will send you a notification after 3 hours to remind you of your ongoing parking session, so that you can still turn it off.

As soon as you have stopped the parking session by clicking the red button, you can also immediately declare the parking session. This way, when you have parked for a business appointment, you can immediately forward the expense claim from TanQyou Park to the financial administration. So convenient!

In addition, TanQyou has ensured a high level of user-friendliness by adding extra features. For instance, you can set a timer so you don't forget your current parking session and easily add frequently visited locations to your 'favorites'.

Guest parking

Are you out and about in your partner's or a colleague's car? No problem with our app! Even then, you can easily park with TanQyou Park using our ‘guest parking’ feature. You enter the license plate of the borrowed vehicle and then simply start the parking session.

Costs

Registration and adding license plates is free. For each parking session, you pay €0.25 in transaction fees or €2.00 if you have a monthly subscription, to which the parking rate of your parking zone is added. The municipality or parking garage determines this parking rate.

Payment methods

At TanQyou Park, you always pay afterwards via Direct Debit, Tikkie, or PayPal.

Cannot STOP parkeren. Started at a location that was out of season, which it didn't show, it ignore stop at zero cost, and just carries on forever,, which means I cannot use the app again for this car , uninstall does not fix, I guess I will be charged in March when it is still running......

Disappointed. Misleading per minute parking and sometimes shows wrong parking fees. I ended up paying 16€ for a 10 minute parking. App showed 3.5€/uur. Customer care says it 16€/uur, even then what about per minute parking? It's my last rental with a company which is not transparent and doesn't follow what it says.

I wish I could put zero starts worse app, ever. It is a legit scam. Avoid this app there is much better options. I got charged multiple times, and all the time I called them, they told me everything is solved, but then I recive again I didn't pay, and they charged you 60 euro listed of 3.
