I was hoping this was oriented more toward routine setting and emotional processing for older kids since the description listed up to 12 years of age. Even though the app asks for child date of birth, the free content appears to be geared more toward toddlers. This app might be great for you if you are looking for that or how to phrase things to be less oppositional. However, I was looking for next level ideas or a really innovative interface, which at least the free version didn't seem to have.

The day scheduler is the best!!! It's simple to enter your daily schedule to stay on track. Staying on track in today's world is very hard to do. This app makes it easy.

Kendra is a wealth of knowledge and practical tips for parents. I especially liked the Tips section with helpful easy to implement ideas.
