PillNook is a free pill reminder and medication tracker. Reminders ring on time, and you answer right from the notification: Taken, Snooze or Skip. No account, no subscription, and your data stays on your phone.

■ Never miss a dose
Today shows every dose grouped by time, a progress ring ("3 of 5 taken") and a countdown to your next dose. Anything that is due glows so you can't overlook it. One tap on Take and you're done.

■ Reminders that actually ring
Exact alarms fire at the minute you set, even after the phone restarts. Not answered? PillNook reminds you again every 10 minutes (you choose how many times). Snooze length, sound and vibration are yours to set. A dose that is more than two hours late is marked as missed so your record stays honest.

■ Any schedule works
• Set times, up to 6 a day, with a different amount for each
• Every few hours (every 4, 6, 8, 12 hours…)
• Certain weekdays only
• On/off cycles such as 21 days on, 7 days off
• As needed (PRN): log a dose whenever you take one
• Start and end dates for short courses like antibiotics

■ Pill counts and refill alerts
Turn on "Track pills left" and every Taken counts down your supply. PillNook estimates how many days you have left and alerts you before you run out. One tap on Refill adds the new pack.

■ For the whole family
Keep a separate list for each person — you, your parents, your kids — and switch with one tap. Reminders tell you whose medicine it is.

■ History you can share with your doctor
A month calendar with a dot for each day, 7-day and 30-day adherence, your current streak and per-medication stats. Export everything as a CSV file (opens in Excel or Google Sheets) in one tap.

■ Home screen widget
See today's next doses on your home screen and check them off without opening the app.

■ Easy to read
Large-text mode makes the whole app 25% bigger. Dark mode follows your phone or can be set by hand. Everything is available in 31 languages.

■ Private by design
No sign-up and no PillNook server. Medications and history are stored only on your phone. Back up to a file you choose and restore on a new phone.

■ Free
All features are free. A small banner ad appears at the bottom of the History and Settings screens only — never on Today or in your reminders.

■ Important
PillNook is a reminder and record-keeping tool. It does not give medical advice, check drug interactions or change your prescription. Always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions.
