Support closes ticket in each email despite clearly walking your through follow up directions and pretending the matter is resolved. Disappears hours on end. Particularly Stephen and Irene who never followed up.

Android user i tried registering but was unable to because I never got the code sent to my phone number to confirm registration, I tried multiple times to uninstall and re-download but never got a code sent in a text. My friend did it on her iPhone and it worked just fine, I contacted support but never got anything resolved.
