Does not work seamlessly. Some times guests get error message and gate does not open sometimes when I arrive at gate as resident, green access box does not appear while sitting at the gate. It just times out. I have to return to call box and enter my private code.

I used this app everyday and love it. No more key cards, or having the guards call me everytime guest comes to visit!

what about older generations of immigrants who speak broken English? it shouldn't be hard to add Russian, Ukrainian, Yiddish, Hebrew etc... they struggle to use new technology already without language barriers

Thank you for the review! Our app adapts to the language setting of your phone automatically. Currently we support English and Spanish. We hope to add more language translations in the future.
