Game is good but problem is customer service they don't understand what the players actually want in this game we want new servers every month and server merges every year when will it happen?

Was a super game. Rating is reducing rapidly. Repeated forced updates on Fridays have caused game to lock up. Reloading the game doesn't help😡 just have to wait for server to be rebooted. Shame it happens just before end of event end so little point in competing for top rewards. At the moment - don't waste your time or money on this game.

I've been playing since 2012. The customer service is the worse. Instead of merging servers to keep the game interesting to players they open new servers! Players get bored and quit because after spending time and money on a server why waste more money starting over? Do not start it is a waste of time and money! Before opening new servers you NEED TO MERGE ALL OF THE OLD SERVERS! When you complain about Network errors they say it's your device! Players don't start! It's not worth it!
