Tapbell is the app for restaurant teams: Make calls from tables, place kitchen orders, and manage your operations—all on one device.

WHO IT'S FOR

• Manager: Log in with your Tapbell account and view your entire operation.

• Servers: Join with your team code and receive calls for your assigned area.

• Chef: Join with your team code and process orders on your kitchen tablet.

WHAT THE APP CAN DO

• Make calls instantly from your table directly on your device: service, payment, and orders. Push notifications with sound and vibration, even when your phone is in your pocket.

• Floor plan with all tables: See at a glance which table is waiting and for how long. Interior, patio, and bar are displayed as separate areas.

• Kitchen: Orders are displayed on a board with "New," "In Preparation," and "Ready." Full screen view for your kitchen tablet ensures nothing gets in the way.

• Menu: Manage dishes with pictures, categories, and multiple languages.

• Reservations: Accept, modify, and cancel requests; guests receive confirmation via email.

• Statistics: Revenue, orders, call response time, and peak times throughout the week.

• Team: Waiters and cooks join via team code, without needing their own account, and can leave at any time.

• Voice ordering with Tapbell AI: Take orders via microphone instead of typing. Available as an add-on.

• Without network coverage, the app displays a message saying "Reconnect" instead of an error message.

GUESTS DON'T NEED AN APP
Your guests call using the sign on their table; a tap or scan is all it takes. The call is then routed to your team in this app.

REQUIREMENTS
A Tapbell account for the restaurant. Prices and packages are available at tapbell-page.com. Waiters and cooks only need the team code from the manager.

ACCOUNT AND DATA
