Follow-up
The Follow-Up feature at the Distributing Bank for the subsidized housing financing program, where the PIC of the Distributing Bank Branch Office follows up on applications within the management zone of each Distributing Bank's branch office. Using this feature, the PIC of the Distributing Bank can make changes and reject follow-up requests.
SP3K
The SP3K feature at the Distributing Bank for the subsidized housing financing program, where the PIC of the Distributing Bank Branch Office approves the issuance of the SP3K for the applicant. Using this feature, the PIC of the Distributing Bank can make changes to and reject the SP3K (Live-to-Home Approval)
��Livable Home Verification
The Livable Home Verification feature is for the subsidized housing financing program, where the PIC of the Distributing Bank Branch Office physically inspects the subsidized home to be contracted. In this feature, the PIC of the Distributing Bank checks the items for livable housing if they are in accordance.
��Contract Submission
The Contract Submission feature records the PIC of the Distributing Bank Branch Office executing the contract for an application for a subsidized home that has been issued with an SP3K and is considered habitable. This feature allows detailed contract information to be entered.
