About this game

The project features a vibrant meadow landscape where lush green grass and scattered flowers cover the entire screen, serving as the backdrop for a dynamic test of reaction speed. A powerful tiger embodies the theme of rapid movement, reacting instantly to various authentic Asian objects that appear at random coordinates across the playing area. Every second is designed to generate mechanical engagement and speed, where each successful interaction contributes to the user’s performance metrics. Tiger Tap delivers a focused, single-input interaction experience that challenges the user's visual tracking and precision tapping.

The core gameplay loop is based on spatial awareness and rapid physical response. The player must detect and tap the target object that emerges at unpredictable locations on the display. Each object remains visible for a very brief and varying duration, ranging between 0.5 and 2 seconds. If the player successfully interacts with the target within this tight timeframe, the system awards one point to the current score. The strict time constraint demands absolute focus, as delayed responses result in the object disappearing without adding to the progression. Each individual round lasts exactly 45 seconds, and once this duration concludes, the final result is immediately displayed.

The numerical score representing the total count of successfully captured items is transferred to the high-score record system, provided the result is greater than zero. Data validation is highly strict in Tiger Tap; the score is recorded only upon the proper conclusion of the round. If the session is manually interrupted, closed, or if the user navigates back to the main menu before the 45-second timer expires, the data is not saved. To support user convenience during unexpected events, Tiger Tap includes an integrated auto-pause function. Minimizing the application or switching to another task prompts a pause window to open. To return to the fast-paced meadow environment and resume the session, the player must manually dismiss this pause window, guaranteeing that the countdown timer and current score remain stable.
