TapIn is the check-in and attendance tool for learning-centre staff.

Sign in with an account your centre provisions and you get:

THE ROOM — a live board of who is in, who is still expected, and who has gone home, updated as students arrive and leave.

ROSTER & SCHEDULES — every enrolled student, their subjects, planned minutes and scheduled days, in one place.

ATTENDANCE STATS — visits, average session length and attendance rate over any date range, per student and for the whole centre.

PASSES — issue and manage each student's NFC pass, and see which passes are active.

REGISTER — add students and keep enrolment up to date.

Optional kiosk mode: on a dedicated tablet you set up at the front desk, TapIn can run a self-serve check-in station where a student taps their NFC pass to check in and out, with no staff sign-in needed at that station. The kiosk is an optional station you configure on a dedicated device; day-to-day staff use the signed-in app above.

TapIn processes student names and attendance on behalf of your centre. Data is sent over HTTPS. No ads, no analytics SDKs, nothing sold or shared.
