Gelatik (ICT Service Gate) is an official application from the Lampung Province Communication, Informatics and Statistics Service (Diskominfotik) which is designed to make it easier for local government agencies to access various Information and Communication Technology (ICT) services digitally, quickly and integratedly.
With Gelatik, agencies within the Lampung Provincial Government can submit various ICT service needs without having to go through a manual process or physical visit. All processes are carried out in one user-friendly and efficient application.
