The service that Laundrycare provided me today was EXCELLENT--customer service managed to get all 4 tons of my dirty laundry picked up and delivered after noon on a Sunday! It was delivered back to me well before the expected time and it's clean, it's folded real pretty, and it smells really good! And the fee they charged was not expensive in my opinion, well worth the service provided. So maybe their app sucks, I haven't really used it yet, but their laundering abilities sure don't!!🌞

Overpriced. They charge by the bag. In Philly, they charge $35 per bag. The bag is the size of a kitchen trash bag. About 10 pounds of clothes can fit in a bag. That's $3.50 per pound. That's twice as much as the price that other laundry delivery service companies charge. And they charge you $10 for next day service per bag and $2 service fee per order. They think you are too stupid to do math. No other company charges service fees or extra for next day service. Use another service.
