Used to work pretty well. Until today. I go to open it, & it's logged me out for NO reason! I finally get logged back in, only for it to tell me that my number is "not verified." Whatever the hell that means for this app. That was never a thing before. When I put my number in, it says it will send me a verification code. Then it gives me the option to request another if it hasn't sent me one. Let's just say I'd be doing that for eternity because it NEVER SENT ME ONE! Unable to use the app now.

I work at the university and that is the only place I goto lakota coffee. We were given gift cards and I can't get them loaded on the app.. someone please help. How am I suppose to build up points if I can't use the gift cards with the app. I use to be able to before the update..until this is fixed I will not give any more stars or even buy Lakota coffee..you can buy gift cards for Starbucks and use them on the app...

Only reason I am giving 5 stars is for the coffee and food. Customer service would deserve a -0...yes negative zero 😒 We used to go weekly because they have gluten free bread but they literally messed up the sandwich every single time 😯
