The app used to work fine, but starting 4-6 months ago, it became very buggy. Sometimes it crashes, other times it becomes unresponsive when you select drink options. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that was useless. The app is so finicky and unreliable now and it doesn't look like they'll be fixing it any time soon.

App works for "scan in store points", but crashes when trying to place an online order. At first I thought it was just because I was trying to set a pick up time, but then I tried "ASAP" and it still crashed the minute I hit "start order". Haven't gotten to a point where I can redeem points yet, but we'll see if it's even worth it when I get there. If I can't even do that then the app is totally useless.

I love Teaspoon and had accumulated a lot of points over 3 years. But the app no longer allows me to log in and my local store has removed their point logging machine. Every time I try to do anything on the app (log in, reset password, register), I get an error: "Error Service is disabled for the merchant."
