cancellation process is misleading. The UI swaps primary and secondary button designs across steps to trick you into cancelling your cancellation which is funny. I cancelled my subscription and customer support called me saying my card will be active for a month. I did not know that meant they switched my subscription back on. I got unauthorized charge. I sent request to delete my account, I hope they will honor my decision

It's a very bad app, it charges us unfairly without permission, and we can't even cancel it, and they don't even warn us about it. They don't even have a port to contact me.
