About this app

The TAPPS TMS App works with TAPPS member schools, school staff, students, parents and fans. This App is used by these stakeholders to find and follow schools, teams, and activities. Students and Parents can complete their eligibility documents to ensure they are able to participate in school and sport activities. In a future release these stakeholders will be able to look up scores, schedules, standings and get notifications on their favorite teams and schools. This initial release is limited to Parents and Students where they can update their eligibility documents.
What is new?
The App can be used by students and parents to complete their eligibility documents.
The app has a new Dashboard, Home and Profile section that are active.

Terrible App Experience. When you click "sign up", you are presented with 4 radio button options. None are clickable. If you click "forgot password", the text input box does not receive focus unless you click a small spot on the box. I entered my email, and nothing happened. The screen is now frozen, and I can't navigate. I had to force close the app and tried again. Now when I click forgot password, I can't enter anything into the email text box. The app is completely frozen.

Absolutely HORRIBLE app. Did a Kindergartener make this? Forgot password doesn't work-when you click Submit, nothing happens. My son has an iPhone and it seems to work smoother on his phone than my Android. He had to set my account up for me using his phone. When I try to log in on my phone, it now says invalid credentials. We used to just go to the website to complete forms, which was a pain but at least it was functional. I don't need an app on my phone for forms I need to complete once/yr.

The app needs to be professionally redesigned. Identify all the different kinds of users who could be interfacing with the app and consider what they need to do. Properly map the user experience and then prioritize functionality and fix everything. Please! (Maybe try calling Credera - they do nice tech and marketing consulting work. They can even get your store linked in for eCommerce and selling TAPPS shirts and patches, etc.)

Bracket tap now opens Score Details; authorized users can edit Venue, Date, Time, and Event Links, including for undecided matches.
