The game us fun...at first. The adds were unobtrusive and i found myself losing time, playing. Once they get you "hooked," you get all of the adds. I'm getting two or three per adventure. They make this game about watching videos and way overpriced gear as opposed to actually grinding it out. And then there's the merge system...how are you supposed to merge items if you barely get anything for your trouble? You have to be incredibly careful in battle as well. They always give you the worse cards

Easy to start, however this game has an insanely high-scaling (almost logarithmic in scale) cost-to-upgrade system built into the backbone of the game. Honestly, at a certain point (stage 20, $100 spent) this game ends up as an idle clicker that you check once every 8 hours to claim passive gold income and actually play once every blue moon.

Card Guardian's is a hidden gem in the strategy card games. The challenge is demanding and finishing the levels is super rewarding! There is a hiccup in the game where the cards sometimes freeze the game but the developers have a save in your progress during the match that get you back into the game quick. Over all the game gets the chefs kiss!
