One light. One path. Find it.
Lantern is a calm, one-thumb puzzle game about routing a single beam of light from its source to the target — using nothing but mirrors.
Tap an empty tile to place a mirror. Tap it again to rotate. Every level has exactly one thing to figure out: the path the light needs to take. No timers, no penalties, no fail states — just you, the beam, and the mirrors between them.
WHAT STARTS SIMPLE GETS DEEPER
Lantern introduces one new idea at a time, and lets you sit with each one before combining it with the rest:
• Mirrors — turn the beam 90°, place and rotate freely
• Splitters — pass a beam through AND fork a copy at a right angle
• Locked mirrors — fixed in place, but you can still rotate them
• Sliding mirrors — can't rotate, but slide along a track to any open tile
• Power stations — boost a beam's strength for targets that need it
• Multiple emitters — route two beams that cross paths and interfere
Over 200 hand-checked levels take you from your first mirror to every combination of the mechanics above, each one verified to have a real solution before it shipped.
A ROUTE, NOT A GRID
Levels unlock one at a time along a winding path — no wall of numbers, no spoiling how much is left. Solve one, and the next lights up.
BUILT TO BE PLAYED, NOT GRINDED
No lives, no energy meter, no forced waiting. Play one level or fifty. Progress saves automatically.
Lantern is in active development. New levels and mechanics are on the way.
