I have the paid version and it is well worth it. I have 2 great devotional books of Spurgeon's writings and a daily prayer. I find Spurgeon to be convicting as well as centering. The readings are spiritual nourishment. My days go so much better when I start and end them with my old friend who is ever pointing to Jesus Christ and the life that Jesus desires me to live. The app is straightforward and easy to use. I set the reminder on case I get busy and forget.

From Great to Bad :( Opened up the app this morning and immediately thought, "This doesn't sound like Spurgeon." And sure enough when I went online and checked my fears were correct, they have 'translated' his beautiful vernacular into a modern vernacular which takes away the beauty and power of Spurgeon's words. So, will find another online version. I encourage you to make sure you are reading Spurgeon with the words he himself wrote and not a weakened version.

This is a very well made App👌🏿I LOOVE it!!! I have enjoyed using it and it never fails to remind me to read😁. There's the Faith's Checkbook, Morning and Evening (and both have audio voice overs which works perfectly offline), and even verse of the day. All these features encourage me in my Christian walk. I only request that you please address two concerns :- 1. It would be nice to have additional Bible versions like, ESV or NASB, 2. It would also be nice to have a human voice for the audio.
