TAPU.COM IN 6 STEPS

1. Review the Title Deed: Every title deed has an appraisal report and valuation data that is publicly available.
2. Schedule an Appointment, See the Property On-Site: Seeing the property you like on-site is free.
3. Pay the Service Fee, Gain Participation Rights: If you don't win the auction, the service fee will be refunded in full within 14 business days.
4. Submit Your Offer: All offers are clearly visible to everyone. Every new offer received at the last minute automatically extends the deadline, ensuring no one is at a disadvantage.
5. Wait for Seller Approval: The sale is finalized with the official approval of the seller.
6. Payment and Title Transfer: You make the payment directly to the seller. Tapu.com is with you until the title transfer.

BROKERS CLUB

A free earning platform for real estate professionals with a real estate trading license. Brokers Club shares are made within the scope of "Service Partnership" as stated in the Real Estate Trading Regulation.

You can earn income by brokering the sale of bank and company real estate for which Tapu.com is the sole authorized agent:

1. Become a free member of the Club.
2. Review the titles available for sharing with the Brokers Club.
3. When you find your buyer, direct your client to Tapu.com from the title deed's page.
4. After the title transfer is completed, you issue your invoice and receive your payment.
