About this app

Tărâmul Cerbilor is the official park app. Buy tickets, manage your RFID bracelet, and plan your visit from your phone.

TICKETS
Pick your visit date to see the tickets available that day: adult, child, family passes, and event tickets. Add a promo code, fill in the visitor details or pick from people you have saved, and pay by card. If you need a company invoice, enter the tax ID and the rest of the details are filled in for you.

Each ticket has its own QR code in the app. Show it at the entrance to check in. Tickets are grouped by status, so you can see which are active, which are scheduled for a later date, and which have been used.

BRACELET WALLET
The RFID bracelet is used for payments inside the park. In the app you can:
• Check the balance of every bracelet in your group
• Top up one bracelet or several at once, by card
• See what was spent, item by item
• Transfer balance between bracelets
• Request a refund of unspent card top-ups, back to the card you paid with

EVENTS
Browse upcoming events and open one for its full schedule, description, and remaining spots. Tickets are bought from the same screen, including VIP tickets with accommodation where those are offered.

PARK MAP
The park map is included in the app, so you can find your way around and see what is nearby.

ACCOUNT
Update your personal details and profile picture, save the people you usually visit with to reuse their details on future orders, check the entries left on your access card, and switch between Romanian and English.
