I have not had any problems logging in unlike many people in the review section. It was so much better than OP-IQ. But, the recent update slowed down the checking process. I spend more time looking at my phone than I do looking at my equipment. I hate the Submit button on every page, then it asks me if I'm sure, then kicks me back to the start, so I have to click back to where I am and repeat. then when I'm all done I have to submit AGAIN, or it doesn't go through.

This app is absolutely horrible for a professional company. It has multiple issues. Delays in hitting submit, items not showing up. not accepting signatures, becomes unresponsive, doesn't keep up with key strokes. Can't use for multiple agencies. Support is less than helpful. Update: my agency has decided to no longer use vector as their inventory application. I can't be happier that I finally get to delete this app. Such a bad app. VECTOR....read these responses and improve your application.

The app is hit or miss when it wants to operate. It does not matter what device it's installed on iPad, iPhone, Android. There are times all platforms won't operate then other times it's just one. The answer... well try uninstalling and then install the app and see if that fixes the problem. So tired of this wish my department would find something better or just go back to paper.
