Fast and secure release of orders with easyTAN
In the banking app we rely on our easyTAN process. easyTAN is a quick and easy way to approve orders in online banking or in the banking app. You choose your personal 6-digit release code required in the easyTAN procedure when you first register. With the easyTAN you release banking orders within the TARGOBANK banking app. Further information on easyTAN can be found at www.targobank.de/tan.

Ratings and reviews

Joke of a bank with a terrible app. I don't know if it can be any worse. - app is not intuitive and hardly functional - transactions appear days after they have been made - transactions older than 30 says disappear and I have to go into old statements to find them - Almost nothing can be done via the app. Phone call or a visit for the most basic operations - No Google Pay support Targo - if you haven't noticed this is not 2006 anymore...

I liek the app, it's easy to use and simple. BUT I can't give it 5 stars because even though I have my phone and app correctly set up I am not getting notifications when I use my bank. For example with klarna I get notifications when I use my card, when money comes in etc. I wish this app worked this way as the only notifications I get are for safety settings etc.

I am fully satisfied with how they treat customers. The online banking service via the website is good. However, it's unfortunate that the app does not offer an English version. This seems a bit strange to me, as translating the app should be relatively easy, especially with the AI tools available nowadays. Some of my friends have chosen to stay with Sparkasse simply because their app supports the English language.
