Ratings and reviews

This is a very clunky banking app. It will let you do mobile deposits but doesn't confirm if the deposit was completed, so you are left in limbo. If you use billpay, there is a fee. If you use Zelle, there is a fee. If you use virtual banking, there is a fee. I thought the purpose of banking online was to reduce customer fees and costs. Seems to me that the app is just a fee magnet. The only thing that keeps this from 1 star is the fact I can monitor spending and check my credit score free.

Great App to keep up with daily balances and to view recent transactions in one or more accounts. If you have multiple accounts, making transfers between accounts is a breeze. My biggest issue with the app is the way transactions are displayed. Transactions show but not in a format that shows a remaining balance after each transaction. Bottom Line: 1. App is great for viewing a current balance in one or more accounts. 2. App is great for making internal transfers. 3. "Register" is underdeveloped

I love the mobile app. Very clear instructions, great to check and see if $ was deposited, or withdrawn. LOVE being able to remotely deposit check. My only complaint is daily limit on withdrawals, makes it hard to pay rent - need to do it over several days. I have had an excellent experience over the years w/TCCU - ONLY praise for staff & customer service. 🙌
