Customers can provide their services through the Mirage platform (including all types of wedding and event halls, such as wedding and celebration halls, meeting and conference halls), and through it announce their vacancies for reservation. By making a reservation through our Platform, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the hall reservation providers with whom you made your reservation. From the point you make your reservation, we will only act as an intermediary between you and the Accommodation Providers, transmitting the details of your reservation to the relevant Room, and sending you an email or telephone confirmation on behalf of the Room Providers. When providing our services, the information we disclose is based on information provided to us by room reservation providers. As such, room providers have access to the intranet and are fully responsible for keeping all information regarding prices, availability, dates and other information displayed on our platform up to date. The Mirage platform provides many advantages for salon owners (men and women) by providing their services on a larger scale and with regard to the customer, as he can book the service in advance to obtain it either through the home or through the salon. Our Platform does not constitute and should not be considered as a recommendation, or endorsement of the quality, level of service, efficiency, or rating of any salon available on the Platform. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in performing our services, we will not check or guarantee whether all information is accurate, complete or correct. We cannot be held liable for any errors (including graphic and typographical errors), or any interruption (whether due to any breakdown, repair, development, or maintenance (temporary and/or partial) of our Online Platform or otherwise).
