I searched for four hours to find the perfect software. I wanted a collaborative, online to-do list I could share privately with individual clients, with a quick sign up process and a simple, intuitive interface so that my clients aren’t overwhelmed. It’s cross-platform, updates in real time, allows comments, emojis, allows me to group lists, create sublists, templates and upload documents to share. And it's pretty! Outstanding customer service, friendly and quick to respond. Thank you Taskade!

(updated) Thanks for the response! It's clear by the sheer effort evident in Taskade's design, and your professionalism that anything needing work will be addressed, and so any issues like speed of updating edits, can be ignored for the sake of all that's already brilliant about the app. I'm far from expert, but I'll say I'd refocus ⚡ on improving usability over design - it may reduce lag & presently large user manual/learning curve. Too much focus on AI, it's confusing. Introduce it slowly.

Taskade has a very pleasing interface on desktop and it's easy to use. The only thing I don't like about their mobile version is the '#' tags lose their functionality. For example, in the desktop version you can tag headings like #high priority and when you click on #high it'll filter out everything except those with #high, this is very convenient when you want to focus on certain "#tags" on desktop. However, the mobile version completely loses this functionality.
