About this app

Dellegate is a task app for people who work with others. Create a task, assign it to a connection, and follow it through to done.

Stay aligned
• Send a connection request, then assign work only to people who have accepted
• Give each task a title, details, priority, and deadline
• See what you asked others to do, and what others asked you to do, on clear boards

Follow through
• Assignees start work, mark it submitted, and wait for you to verify
• Send a task back with a note if it is not finished
• Set reminders and ping someone when a task needs attention
• Keep personal to-dos on your own board, without assigning them

See progress
• Check monthly completion on your profile
• Get notified when you are assigned work, pinged, or a reminder is due

Your account
• Sign up with email and a one-time code
• Optional profile photo and biometric unlock on your device
• Delete your account anytime in the app (Profile → Delete account) or at https://api.dellegate.ai/api/v1/legal/delete-account

Dellegate is free to use. You need an internet connection and an account to assign and track tasks.

What’s new

Super alarm is here. Set a time on a task and the assignee’s phone rings until they stop it. You can make it repeat.

On the web, new notifications appear right away, and a short bell plays so you know one arrived.
