About this app

Guru Z is a private, offline tuition register for independent teachers and small coaching classes.

Run your teaching day from one Android phone:

• Create batches with weekly class schedules
• Keep student, parent and optional address details together
• Add one student to multiple classes
• Set and track a separate monthly fee for every class
• Mark attendance only for classes scheduled that day
• Move an individual class to another date or time
• Record full or partial payments against the correct class and fee month
• Create branded PDF receipts and share them through WhatsApp
• See collection, attendance and outstanding-fee analytics
• Download PDF and CSV reports for a custom date range
• Back up and restore your records with a portable JSON file

English and Bengali are built in. Dates, amounts and counts are localised when Bengali is selected.

Guru Z works without an account, advertising or an internet connection. Student, attendance and fee records remain in the app's private storage on your device. You decide when to export a backup, report or receipt and where to share it.

Guru Z records payments entered by the teacher. It does not collect money, process payments or verify UPI transactions.
