PixBill by TaskLive captures your expense bills the moment you spend — and keeps everything on your phone.

Photograph a bill (or import a PDF invoice) and PixBill reads the amount, date, merchant, invoice number and GST details on-device. Anything it is not sure about is highlighted for a quick check. Long receipts are read in sections automatically, and sideways photos straighten themselves.

When it's time to hand your expenses over, export any date range as a ZIP — every bill image plus an Excel summary and a verifiable manifest — and share it however you like. Marking bills as Submitted is always your explicit action, so you always know what's been handed over and what's pending.
