TMSL Kiosk turns any tablet into a dedicated wall-mounted time clock for the TMSL Work workforce management platform. Perfect at reception, in the break room, or at a nursing station.

WHY TMSL KIOSK

• No shared logins. Staff enter a 4-digit PIN, that's it.
• Face verification. A photo is captured at every clock event so you know who actually clocked in. No more buddy-punching.
• Handover notes. Staff can leave a note for the next shift when they clock out, either broadcast to the whole team or addressed to a specific colleague.
• Offline-first. Bad wifi? Clock events queue on the tablet and sync automatically when connectivity returns.
• Custom greetings. Set your own welcome and goodbye messages that appear on the success screen.
• Rest day awareness. If a staff member is not scheduled today, the kiosk shows their next three upcoming shifts instead of allowing a rogue clock-in.

WHAT STAFF SEE

1. Tap "Enter PIN" and type their 4-digit code
2. Take a quick face photo to verify identity
3. Answer any late or early check-in questions
4. Confirm and get a warm greeting on the success screen
5. At clock-out, leave a handover note if useful, take another photo, done

WHAT MANAGERS GET

• Live clock-in and clock-out feed in the TMSL Work admin app and web dashboard
• Both clock-in and clock-out photos, handover notes with the intended recipient, and any late-check answers all surface on the timesheet
• Photo-required policy configurable per company

SETUP IN 30 SECONDS

Pair the tablet once by signing in with any manager account for your company. The tablet stays paired from then on. Staff never see the manager credentials.
