About this app

TaskTraQ is the service desk and project workspace for teams that support customers — or run their own work — from one place. The mobile app gives you the same workspace as the web platform at my.tasktraq.app, on your phone.

Sign up in the app and create your workspace in a minute, join a workspace you were invited to, or open the public demo to see a fully populated workspace without creating an account.

TICKETS
• Create, assign, comment on and resolve tickets from anywhere
• Statuses, priorities, labels, due dates, custom fields and watchers
• Full-text search and saved queues for the lists you check every day
• Attach photos and files straight from your phone
• Log time on tickets and see the effort so far

PROJECTS
• Kanban boards with drag-and-drop between columns
• Backlog and sprints, milestones, timeline and calendar
• Epics, sub-tasks, dependencies and layers
• Personal "My tasks" view across every project

TEAM CHAT
• Channels and direct messages with your team, with unread badges

CUSTOMER PORTAL
• Your customers use the same app: they see only their own tickets and feature requests and can vote on the roadmap

KNOWLEDGE BASE, GOALS, PORTFOLIOS, REPORTS
• Read and edit knowledge-base articles, follow goals and portfolios, and check reports and workload on the go

TaskTraQ is free for up to 15 staff users, with unlimited customer users.

PRIVACY
Your data belongs to your workspace. The app talks only to the TaskTraQ service, contains no ads and no third-party analytics, and you can delete your account yourself under More → Delete my account.

What’s new

New plans for company and personal workspaces, with storage shown clearly on the plan page: free company storage is now shared across the workspaces you own. On Mac and iPad, buttons, rows, cards and filters now highlight under the pointer. The Mac app no longer asks for your login keychain password at launch. Smaller fixes throughout.
