First bad experience. Spent more money that I have been offered, got bad attitude from customer service when I told them. cleaner also didn't receive my full requirements that I checked off my order. Had to call customer service to sort it out. No future plan to use this app as I don't feel comfortable that I actually will get what I bargain for or good service for that matter. Would be good to pay in-app, then our bargain would be guaranteed , and to show reviews of cleaners for us to choose.

Unprofessional. No way to evaluate the service in application. Ordered home cleaning and specifically requested an experienced maid. They sent a terrible rookie. Couldn't kick her out as I was tight on time. Take my advice and get someone you know can do the job well. Wish I saw the other reviews before I used the service.

Good value for money. I tried them twice. I would recommend but you have to be on top of the maid to get what you want done meticulously the way you want. The first time she was on time.. the 2nd time she was 2 hrs late but she did not leave until everything was done as I wanted.
