Ratings and reviews

The app lags 99.9% of the time which is very frustrating when you're in a hurry. But the worst part is pictures disappearing after you've taken them AND saved them. It happens more often than not. I've had to retake pictures up to 6-7 times and when there's a mandatory checklist of 68 items w/10 of them being pictures needed, it takes a long time and is EXTREMELY frustrating. I've tried different phones, wifi, no wifi, uninstalling the app & reinstalling it,updating it everything I can think of

This app is constantly crashing, or will kick my team member out of the entire app with a restricted access contact your provider message with no one touching the app. Some days, the app won't even open for us to clock in and out. The app is super buggy. If I had a choice, I would refuse to use this app. Unfortunately, we have a client that requires its use.

app doesn't work 99 percent of the time. will not allow me to take pics or even save them. I think it need to be totally remade. by someone that listens to the issues people are having with the app and the addressing those issues.
