Ratings and reviews

This is one of the worst service apps by Taspen (state owned company). Not reliable at all, biometric authentication always failed, server error & other bunch of error here and there. Extremely hard/difficult to use by elderly user, pensioned civil servant who want to claim their monthly pension money. The apps performance doesn't represent its name at all (Andal or handal, means reliable) so instead of using the name 'Andal', I think they should change this apps name to Errors: 502 Apps.

I very often find difficulties to shoot my face properly. Need turn into the same way fr the beginning

Useless app. just wastes space on my phone.
