About this app

JainERP Mandir is the staff app for Jain temples and the charitable trusts that run them. It puts the donation counter in the pocket of the person walking the temple, and works on the same records as the JainERP web and desktop portals, so an entry made here is visible to the office at once.

At the counter
• Record a donation in seconds. Find the donor by name or mobile number, or register a new one on the spot with full details and verify their number by a one-time password.
• Accept cash, UPI, bank transfer or cheque, with the bank reference number (UTR) or cheque number where one applies.
• Mark a donation as eligible for 80G — the Indian income-tax exemption a donor can claim — and the certificate follows automatically.
• Donor tax identifiers (PAN) are stored encrypted and shown masked on screen.

Registers and daily work
• Donations, donors and daily totals, grouped by day.
• The community kitchen (bhojanshala), the cow shelter (gaushala) and the pilgrims' guest house (dharamshala), including check-in and check-out.
• Blessed food offerings (prasad), voluntary service (seva), ceremonial auctions (boli) and temple events.
• Expenses, accounts, statements and reports.
• Review the donations devotees have reported from their own phones, and confirm or return each one.
• Records of the Jain monks and nuns (Sadhu-Sadhvi) connected to your temple.

Receipts and certificates
• Issue a receipt or an 80G certificate from the phone and share it with the donor.

Sign in and security
• Sign in with a mobile number and a one-time password sent by SMS or WhatsApp. There is no password to remember.
• Lock the app behind your device's fingerprint or face unlock, or a PIN. Your fingerprint and face data never leave the device — the app is only told whether the device accepted them.
• Every screen respects the role your temple gave you, so staff see only what they are meant to.

Available in English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi and Kannada.

Who can use this app
This app is for temple staff. Your temple's administrator must add your mobile number before you can sign in, and there is no public sign-up. If your trust does not use JainERP yet, write to [e-mail].

Privacy
The app carries no advertising and no third-party analytics. Your temple's records belong to your temple.
