7. On Customer place order,restaurant accept restaurant has to accept or decline within 2 mins else order automatically decline
8.on restaurant accepted the order,it assign to multiple delivery boys (nearby)
9.With in 2 mins ,any one boy have to accept the order(if one boy accept the order,other boys cannot accept the same order),else if no one accepted it will be notified restaurant that no delivery boy near by
10.if restaurant never accept or delivery boy never accept, the order will be automatically cancelled and inform the customer
11.once restaurant and boy accept then only customer should pay.
