This app is very disgusting. I wanted to order a cake but when it comes to login, my correct password says wrong. Then when I tried to register, it doesn't give me any OTP after giving email, phone no and password. This is very bad.

Only if I could curse them for real! My friend ordered a cake today , the app showed that Modhubag outlet has the product. They confirmed the order and my friend paid them. But after payment the Modhubag outlet showed that the cake isn't available and on calling they didn't respond as well. After trying for 3 hours they say that the order is transferred to another outlet! But that other outlet wasn't responding as well. Now my friend got a hassle of 4 hours and didn't even got the refund!

Such Horrible Experience : They do not have any combination with their outlet stock & app. Its just always their but not available. Fix this before launching an app. They make me wait 2 hour to inform that they don't have butterscotch cake at their outlet.
