tried so many transactions amount is not redeemed customer care service is not responding past two year it was smooth but now pathetic

Not happy with the process. It's been 7 days yet loan is not disbursed. I was told 24 working hours. Even customer service is not good. Worst customer service. I had talked the losn customer care several times but still issue not resolved. If you cannot disburse the amount, kindly cancel the nach debit. It's been 8 days since application. Still under processing.
