This app is a combination of multiple personas, FMT/VMT & Customer, demarcated at user authentication stage.

The customer persona of the app allows you to:
- View inventory across all TCx products
- View & manage orders
- Review tasks pending with you
- View Program management plan & detailed project status
- View and raise non-commercial tickets (Incident, Service request, Change request) for selective products
- View the designated contact associated with sales, program management
- View invoice details and raise billing tickets
- View realtime utilization reports for IAS and GVPN products

The FMT/VMT version of the app designed for field engineers and vendors enables them to close their field tasks in a simple and efficient way. In addition, it provides live tracking of field activities.
