Extremely disappointed with this app. Very difficult to navigate. There is no separate side menu for some apps and I have to search for even sports telecasts to find it. Often the menu is stuck as if the remote button is jammed. Needs a lot of work.

Tata Binge charged me the full amount for the Annual infinity pack and closed my subscription within 4 months. After repeated complaints, no resolution was provided. Just repeatedly receiving deadlines for resolution of issues. After the developer response I had emailed the issue with full details once again.

I Have Good internet speed, but I get so much buffering, when i play any content. This is a very poor app as compared to other platforms, because very less ott is available with it, many ott is missing in it, ullu, kuku, sony Liv, all these popular ones we get by subscribing to ottplay, but we hope that Tata Play Binge will improve this app, and by the customer . This app will get 5 stars in future.
