Ratings and reviews

The app won't launch. It opens once in a blue moon. Otherwise it keeps stating 10000 milliseconds have passed and the app failed to open. To have an app that integrates OTT platforms, pay for these since no OTT-less plans exist and then the platform does not launch, is a horrible experience.

I would strongly advise against subscribing to Tata Binge, as it does not provide good value for money. I paid ₹299 for access to three apps — ZEE5, Sun NXT, and Manorama Max — but the overall experience has been disappointing.The most concerning issue is with Sun NXT. Despite being included in the subscription, it is not accessible on mobile or laptop devices and can only be viewed on a TV. This limitation was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase, making the subscription impractical

I didn't find it very impressive! I was hoping for an experience similar to that of DTH, at least in terms of Indian TV channels and shows. Unfortunately, it's not up to the mark. The navigation is extremely cumbersome and someone not well versed in TV OTT navigation (senior citizens) will never be able to figure out how to watch their fave daily soap. Not sure if it's the respective OTT's issue or Tata Sky's but you don't see some of the shows many hours, even days, after they were aired on TV.
