I was tricked into clickbait content on tata binge mobile app. It clearly said that in 199 you get subscription to 4 apps monthly. I paid the amount and then when I went to watch zee5 , it said to again do payment of 399 to watch fifa. why was it not mentioned in the first place. Also when I told to cancel and give me a refund, they said it is not possible. So disappointing. I just took the plan 15 mins ago and then cancelled it. So why not give me a refund. Extremely disappointed.

The live TV function is useless , it shows the worst quality of pictures, while on YouTube we are getting 4k , the app is showing 360P of quality, at least they should provide 720p or 1080p . I recommend everyone to look into something else if looking for live tv related things. do not go for Tata fiber plus. the prices are actually the same or less from this.

giving 3 stars because the packages are highly priced compared to other providers and moreover, the details like number of devices for apps are not mentioned properly at the front. We need to search through their FAQs section for such details. Some apps are mobile only. So I chose to unsubscribe.
