Ratings and reviews

Terrible experience so far. The app is extremely laggy, completely unresponsive on my Samsung TV, and it crashes a lot. On top of the performance and stability issues, the interface lacks basic functionality: there is no option to search for content within a specific sub-OTT app. It takes way too long to find what I actually want to watch. Would not recommend until they fix the TV optimization, resolve the constant crashing, and update the search filters.

Very customer-unfriendly OTT policies. Missing the OTT change request deadline by even 1 minute means no change is allowed. The FlexiLite plan has excessive advertisements, sometimes 20–30 minutes during a 2-hour movie. Many OTTs also offer only a limited catalogue compared with direct subscriptions. Customer support is equally disappointing, with mostly standard replies and little willingness to help. Overall, the OTT offering and policies need significant improvement.

I was tricked into clickbait content on tata binge mobile app. It clearly said that in 199 you get subscription to 4 apps monthly. I paid the amount and then when I went to watch zee5 , it said to again do payment of 399 to watch fifa. why was it not mentioned in the first place. Also when I told to cancel and give me a refund, they said it is not possible. So disappointing. I just took the plan 15 mins ago and then cancelled it. So why not give me a refund. Extremely disappointed.
