Worst experience. first off the Ad which is saw for this app had price starting from ₹133 when installed it showed from ₹149 first let down. After paying I wanted to watch movie which I had previously see halfway through so when I clicked on the movie first Ad was shown after the Ad completed I tapped unmute more 3 Ad were shown watch watching the 1+3 unskipable Ad I was trying to find the scene where I had left off & then another Ad within 3 min I had seen 7 Ads. Movie frame don't fit screen

I feel disappointed with the subscription. Before subscribing, it was clearly mentioned that Amazon Prime would work on mobile phones, TV, and laptops. However, after subscribing, I found that it only works on tata play DTH & Fiber users only . This is misleading and feels like a loss of money. If you're planning to watch on a laptop, don't subscribe.

The site is good in browser. But with regards to the mobile app, the media player is really bad. There is no option to select subtitles and can't enjoy the movies and tv content with subtitles in mobile app. Please bring all the media player controls and options that are available in browser in the mobile app as well. One more thing, if controlling the playback speed option is also given, then it would be a 5 star experience.
