Ratings and reviews

The site is good in browser. But with regards to the mobile app, the media player is really bad. There is no option to select subtitles and can't enjoy the movies and tv content with subtitles in mobile app. Please bring all the media player controls and options that are available in browser in the mobile app as well. One more thing, if controlling the playback speed option is also given, then it would be a 5 star experience.

I feel disappointed with the subscription. Before subscribing, it was clearly mentioned that Amazon Prime would work on mobile phones, TV, and laptops. However, after subscribing, I found that it only works on tata play DTH & Fiber users only . This is misleading and feels like a loss of money. If you're planning to watch on a laptop, don't subscribe.

You cannot watch Apple TV+ without paying additional fees to Apple. What is the point of paying Tata Play Binge a monthly fee for aggregating multiple OTTs if each OTT is going to make us pay additional fees? You might as well subscribe to individual OTTs. The live chat support agents will put your chat on "hold" for 5 to 10 minutes. But if you dare not respond to their question in under a minute, they will promptly disconnect you stating that you were not responsive.
