After 26th July update, it has gone for a six! Terrible experience! The app doesn't launch, just a blue screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled, problem persists. Some time when it does launch, the recharge page keeps buffering

I am subscriber from last 10 months approx. I couldn't feel good about this app and service because App is not user friendly. We couldn't able to view or download current month invoice, for this we need to contact customer care each time. Once we do recharge we need to inform customer care to reactivate service. Usually this guy's took much time to resolve connectivity and speed related issues.

App is fine, but the customer support is useless. I tried reaching them multiple times for a particular issue, but got same response again and again. Have been on hold fore more than 30 mins. This my last time using the provider.
