When I try to log into the app, I keep getting the error message "No valid OTP is available, please generate OTP and try again." Even though I generate an OTP just a few seconds before attempting to log in, the issue persists. I've tried generating multiple OTPs, but the problem remains the same. Please address this issue as soon as possible, as I need to log into my account after opting for Tata Play.

Absolutely horrendous experience with both the internet and the support provided. I ended the service because I relocated, they collected the router yet continued to call me 4 times asking me the same thing. When I raised a complaint with the support service, their staff (Anshul) ended the chat because I didn't respond in 3 minutes, what an incompetent service

Actually I wanted to give 5 star as the broadband works as promised. I have given four just for a reason that I cannot find the data usage feature in my app. If that feature has been removed, I would suggest you to please bring it back or if I am missing something to use the feature do let me know.
