The fiber service itself has been quite pleasant. The app itself however, is an absolute mess. My biggest gripe with this app is how insanely laggy it is. Be it poor optimisation or just bad app design, but the app WILL NOT run smoothly on my phone. Additionally, the toggles within the app are sometimes just unwilling to respond to my inputs. Very annoying. Apart from that, the fiber service itself has been really good. Should the app get fixed and optimised over time, I'll edit my review.

The services are excellent but the only drawback is the level of optimisation in the app. It was much fluid and smooth to use before but now I can't even able to navigate through the app fluidly and it lags a lot., pls. fix this ASAP as it's much annoying and irritating to use it..

Terrible app!!! I actually logged on to recharge but it's just not loading. buffering lagging. getting "Some error occurred" message. the internet service is pretty good, the app is terrible. waited at least 30 mins of shutting app on and off but to no avail. now I'm posting this review. this app team needs to pull up its socks before you're rating drops to 1
