Ratings and reviews

Worst experience so far. First, I did now know what was the coverage. I asked them and they said that first I need to subscribe and then talk with my agent. I subscribed (by filling a few AI generated chat). Then, the AI told me to wait until my assigned agent contacted me. 2 weeks later, nothing. I contacted a few times, until o got a response saying "your tax declaration is ready, please review it so we can present it". It was all wrong. I'm asking for a refund and contacted another agent.

The app does not work anymore for me, on all the menus the bottom part is below the navigation bar. Therefore, it is impossible for me to use the app!! please fix asap.

1. App and web version are not friendly to non spainish users. 2. No technical support without subscription. You have no way to ask your question about service abilities before you pay. 3. Taxdown does not provide detailed calculation. Even in simplified form. Only single number provided and there is no way for user to find where is mistake. In my case app decided I should pay 500 euro extra. So I don't want to pay only for ability to find mistake in data or service.
