Ratings and reviews

1. App and web version are not friendly to non spainish users. 2. No technical support without subscription. You have no way to ask your question about service abilities before you pay. 3. Taxdown does not provide detailed calculation. Even in simplified form. Only single number provided and there is no way for user to find where is mistake. In my case app decided I should pay 500 euro extra. So I don't want to pay only for ability to find mistake in data or service.

Useless company. Ridiculous pricing, staff that cannot be bothered to actually read what you've written to them and use AI to generate nonsense responses that are full of errors and incorrect information (last thing you need from a tax lawyer). Paid for the "full" service and had to chase every single stage of the process which was a nightmare, trying to work out what I've paid for still. Rude dismissive staff that lie and do not take the time to understand what you're saying. AVOID.

silently charging you money for the subscription you paid a year ago. no reminders and very hard to cancel. I cannot even remove my card. Just for this I will delete and use something else. Scammers
