I've been uninstalling and reinstalling and it still won't find addresses or load at all. It won't accept any payment methods either. Your app is broken. Just get rid of it already. What a waste of time.

I would give 4 stars for the app itself. I find it easy to use. How the price estimate said $19-$21 and ended up being $30. It also said the taxi was 1 min away for about 6 whole mins. That's why I'm giving 2 stars. To recommend this app I would need to feel like it was dependable. And with the wrong time waiting (which who knows how much longer it could have been in a different situation) and the real prive being 50% higher than quoted, it's disappointing.

I am sick of this app. This is the second time that I get a booking confirmation by SMS, but then the app says they can't find a driver in my area (there's plenty of nearby drivers on the map) and stops tracking the driver. I don't know what to do when that happens so I cancel the trip by SMS which wastes both my and the driver's time. I resisted switching to Uber because I wanted to give my business to taxi drivers but I don't think I have a choice anymore.
