App was working fine until the recent update. Now I can't get in to the app as it is just stuck on the loading screen when you open the app. I've cleared the cache and uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still just stuck on the loading screen. Bar that, when it was working it was fantastic and all the drivers are great as well. It's rear you are waiting too long for someone to accept a job.

Used them for a few trips, always on time etc. But there was an issue with very inconsistent fares. Same trip, same time, no traffic each time but fare prices were always very different, not by small amounts either - by 20 to 25% or so. When I asked about this, I was told I must be wrong and it's not possible. Well I hardly imagined my receipt being wrong (which I was never asked for). I didn't even ask for refunds etc. I simply contacted to let them know...so I went elsewhere from then on.

there is no second confirmation on the app and it allows for accidental cancellation
